Auditor – Intermediate

The Role

As an Auditor within our boutique audit practice you will be responsible for:

  • various aspects of auditing, including providing strategic insights, risk assessments
  • making recommendations to help our clients enhance their internal controls, efficiency and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • managing and leading audit engagements
  • creating, developing and maintaining internal and external relationships
  • helping manage audit quality in this high growth audit market at an exciting stage for the firm

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years audit experience
  • Past experience with charitable organisations, together with NZ-IFRS reporting entities an advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Attention to detail

Life at PKF Kendons

At PKF Kendons there is a large emphasis on our values and culture. We are a close team of around forty where our people are the focus. This means there is a lot of flexibility around work hours, working from home, dressing for your day and your health and wellbeing. A key focus on team wellbeing is our 4.5 day work week, which means at 12.30pm every Friday you are free spend the afternoon as you wish.

There will be a lot of support for you to grow and develop your own audit career, as well as mentoring junior team members.
