Kendons are continuously looking at ways to make client experience more efficient, practical and friendlier to our environment.

To reduce paper and stationery usage, and also keeping in mind how slow sending documents back and forth through the postal service has become in recent months, it was an obvious solution to move to Docusign for electronic signing.

All documents requiring signature are now sent via email with an electronic signature (the email guides you on how to sign documents).  It is important that we have up-to-date email addresses for all our clients so please contact us if you have recently changed your email address.

You do not need to purchase and download the DocuSign app in order to sign your documents – the email you receive advising you have document/s to sign will contain a link to click and that is all you need to do to access the document/s.
