The Role: More Than Just Numbers
You’ll work closely with a wide variety of clients, supporting them through their compliance and taxation needs right through to the review stage. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Preparing annual financial accounts and tax returns
- Advising on accounting systems and software
- Creating budgets, forecasts, and managing cashflow
- Contributing to business planning and strategic advice
- Growing your involvement in our expanding advisory services

What You Bring
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a New Zealand Chartered Accounting firm and have started or completed your CA
- Solid understanding of compliance and tax fundamentals
- Clear and confident communication skills
- A proactive, client-focused mindset
- A desire to grow and learn—especially in the advisory space
